There is an off Broadway play right now called “Line.”  The jist of the play is that people are standing in a long line and they realize that they don’t know why or even where they are going.

For baby boomers and beyond one remembers Kris Kristofferson and Marijohn Wilkins who wrote One Day at a Time, Sweet Jesus.   I was reminded of this song when talking with my sister the other day.  It’s been recorded by MANY people but the words have stayed the same.
