margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">THE best sweet potato casserole you will even taste anywhere.\u00c2\u00a0 If you really want to make it rich, add the alternative ingredients instead of the less fattening ones.\u00c2\u00a0 I suspect it can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t get any better than this, but give it a go if you want that extra fat.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; min-height: 14px; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">Topping Mixture:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">1 cup brown sugar ( light brown &#8211; dark brown will burn)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">1\/3 cup flour<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">1 cup pecans chopped &#8211; can use other nuts<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">1\/3 stick butter &#8211; melted<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">Sweet Potato Mixture<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">3 cups mashed sweet potatoes &#8211; I used the new fresh frozen sweet potatoes in a bag fresh or frozen potatoes\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0with no syrup added.\u00c2\u00a0 You just cook in microwave 12 minutes and mash.\u00c2\u00a0 They are in the frozen food section with french fries, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">1 cup white gran. sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">1\/2 tsp salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">1 tsp vanilla<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">2 eggs, well beaten &#8211; I used egg beaters<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">1stick butter &#8211; melted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">Combine ingredients in order listed.\u00c2\u00a0 Mix well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">Pour sweet potato mixture into buttered baking dish &#8211; I used baking spray.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">Sprinkle the surface with topping mixture &#8211; covering the entire top.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font: normal normal normal 12px\/normal Helvetica;
