It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a cute little some with some potentially serious complications. In it, she wakes up the next morning with a ring on her\u00c2\u00a0 left hand finger in Las Vegas. \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Each of us has probably made a few of these along the way.\u00c2\u00a0 Some we are able to talk about and others we would rather keep to ourselves…provided we don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t become a public figure where nothing is sacred.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

When I worked in public education I saw people who were dealing with these types of issues all the time.\u00c2\u00a0 Some of them were justified.\u00c2\u00a0 Some of them were not. \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Then there were children who were right in the middle of living with parents who were dealing with poor choices.\u00c2\u00a0 Often the children found themselves victims of the situations just because they were part of a family where mistakes were made that caused them to suffer.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

For most of us, dealing with mistakes can be taken care of fairly simply.\u00c2\u00a0 There are those mistakes, however, that cost us dearly.\u00c2\u00a0 For those times, in order for us not to be stuck, we have to own up to what has happened, be responsible for taking care of the situation, and then hope to grow from that experience so as not to repeat it.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

My wish for you today<\/strong> is that you stop and think before you act – always asking yourself if you are going to feel ok about what occurred or might occur the next day.\u00c2\u00a0 If you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re in a situation where you have to deal with what has already been done, be strong enough to own up to it, deal with it, and move on. Do that as quickly as possible.\u00c2\u00a0 You don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t want to find yourself saying…\u00e2\u20ac\u009dOh no, what have I done?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d like Carrie Underwood.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
