It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s February and Valentine\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Day is fast approaching.\u00c2\u00a0 It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the time when many a heart is \u00e2\u20ac\u0153aflutter.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d \u00c2\u00a0 That can mean different things to different folks. \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

My Aunt Sue has a birthday on February 14th.\u00c2\u00a0 That was the day she came into this world.\u00c2\u00a0 She is soon to be 87 and has a man in her life that is good to her.\u00c2\u00a0 She\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s never been married, but she has had a \u00c2\u00a0life of men friends that have enriched her existence and have have been very dear to her. \u00c2\u00a0I’m sure her heart has been “aflutter” more than once!<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve always thought she was a lucky woman to be born on Valentine\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Day.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Then there are the special times my heart is \u00e2\u20ac\u0153aflutter\u00e2\u20ac\u009d with the thoughts that my son is doing what he loves to do and is making it in the world.\u00c2\u00a0 After all, every parent wants their child to succeed.\u00c2\u00a0 I hear from Pierce, 25, daily and am happy to hear of his successes and challenges. It makes me feel good that he can share these things with me.\u00c2\u00a0 We have a good relationship.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

I took my mother to the doctor yesterday.\u00c2\u00a0 She hadn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t been feeling good these last few days and, come to find out, her heart was \u00e2\u20ac\u0153aflutter.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00c2\u00a0 That was not a good thing and they are helping her get that straightened out.\u00c2\u00a0 She loves her heart doctors and they are so caring and supportive of her.\u00c2\u00a0 If all doctors were that way, the world would be a better place.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Then, of course, there are the hearts that are \u00e2\u20ac\u0153aflutter\u00e2\u20ac\u009d because of a deep romantic love.\u00c2\u00a0 I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve had that in my life several times and I can personally attest to this being one of my favorite \u00e2\u20ac\u0153aflutter\u00e2\u20ac\u009d moments.\u00c2\u00a0 I believe it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s very important to embrace those moments for they can end as quickly as they began. \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

My wish for you today<\/strong> is that you be aware of the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153aflutter\u00e2\u20ac\u009d moments in your life and make sure you do what you need to when they occur.\u00c2\u00a0 If it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s romance – embrace it. If it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a birthday – celebrate it.\u00c2\u00a0 If it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s\u00c2\u00a0 heart challenges – address it.\u00c2\u00a0 If it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s children – be thankful for it.\u00c2\u00a0 After all, life is rich and worth the effort. \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
