As I look back on this pattern in my life I realize my mother had a great influence on me in this regard. <\/span>I learned early to help others. <\/span>My first recollection of this was when the chain gang was cutting the bushes along the road at the end of our driveway. <\/span>It was very hot out there and I asked Mom if I could take them some ice water. <\/span>She agreed and I was off to take that pitcher with paper cups so they would have some refreshment. <\/span>Never mind about the man on horseback with the gun. <\/span>He had a smile on his face when I asked and I figured he would protect me if something went wrong. <\/span><\/p>\n I recently saw several of Ophra\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s shows where she concentrated on this subject. <\/span>It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s now taken a broader range and several of the local television stations are doing something similar to this.<\/p>\n So what would you do with $1,000 if someone gave it to you and said you had to do something good with it in seven days and report back on how you spent it? <\/span>What if you just did something nice once or twice on a daily basis\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6no money involved?<\/p>\n Think about it. It has caused me to think about several causes I would consider supporting. <\/span>It has also made me refocus my thoughts of others in a different light.<\/p>\n My wish for you today<\/strong> is that you find a place in your heart to consider random acts of kindness in your life. <\/span>You may find some unexpected blessings by taking part in something like this.
