{"id":362,"date":"2007-07-26T00:16:51","date_gmt":"2007-07-26T04:16:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/reflectionsfromacountrygirl.com\/?p=362"},"modified":"2007-07-26T00:36:35","modified_gmt":"2007-07-26T04:36:35","slug":"362","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reflectionsfromacountrygirl.com\/?p=362","title":{"rendered":"Sold!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I LOVE to go to auctions.<span>  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">There\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s this song by John Michael Montgomery called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153<strong><em>Sold\u00e2\u20ac\u009d <\/em><\/strong>in which he talks about the auction house he goes to one evening.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Seems he sees this lady that he is smitten with and before you know it, he meets her, courts her, and she is \u00e2\u20ac\u0153sold\u00e2\u20ac\u009d on him and he on her.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t that just too cute?!<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The song goes on to say they laugh about that day they met\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6and they are still happy as they were that first day at the auction house.<span>  <\/span>Who would have thought you could meet the man or woman of your dreams at an auction house?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m a romantic at heart so a good love story is fun for me.<span>  <\/span>In reality, it takes a lot to say you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re <strong>sold<\/strong> on someone permanently, though.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I think of the good man I was sold on years ago and married.<span>  <\/span>He wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t perfect but neither was I. He was, however, a great guy and our marriage was strong and \u00e2\u20ac\u201c in many ways \u00e2\u20ac\u201c enjoyable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I think of the man I enjoy spending time with now and I see many good qualities in him, and thank goodness he sees many in me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Fact is, there are many good single men out there that are willing and ready to be sold on a good woman\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6if their paths could just cross.<span>  <\/span>I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m all for helping them find just the right one and hope they do just that if it is really a good woman they are looking to be \u00e2\u20ac\u0153sold\u00e2\u20ac\u009d on.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>My wish for you today<\/strong> is that, if you are single and wanting a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153sold\u00e2\u20ac\u009d sign hanging around your heart, that you put yourself out there and see what you come up with.<span>  <\/span>Hanging close to home may not be the best place to make that happen.<span>  <\/span>Be open to new experiences and take a chance.<span>  <\/span>You might just be sold before you know it!<span>\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Wingdings\"><span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">~ Joellen<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I LOVE to go to auctions.
