I was out walking early this morning. <\/span>It was Sunday and I knew I was the first on the path when I started seeing bunny rabbits all over the place instead of people and dogs. First there was one around the corner. <\/span>I startled it and it took off like a shot of lightening.<\/p>\n Then there was the one on down the sidewalk that sat there all the way through my coming and going.<\/p>\n After that it was the two buddy bunnies grazing about \u00c2\u00bd mile down the road.<\/p>\n After seeing them both pop up on their hind legs before hopping slowly into the bushes, I thought of the bunny hop song.<\/p>\n No one was around so I starting humming the song and jumping along. <\/span>If anyone saw me out their windows I suspect they had a good laugh. <\/span><\/p>\n Then, as I rounded the corner back to the house, there were two very large rabbits at the subdivision sign. <\/span><\/p>\n Now I suspect that was a better workout because I both saw the bunnies and did the hop. <\/span>I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m still humming that song two hours later.<\/p>\n My wish for you today<\/strong> is that you find a way to add humor and delight to your workouts\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6no matter how simple or funny it may be. <\/span>It will make the task seem a bit easier.<\/p>\n ~ Joellen<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Remember that lively song and dance \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Do the Bunny Hop?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d I was out walking early this morning.
