Toby Keith has a cute new song about high maintenance women. <\/span>He\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a maintenance man watching all the hot women who go out and party at his complex\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6say\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s he\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s looking for a good woman like them\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6claims they think he\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s not good enough for them because he just fixes things\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6though he sure would like to show them how good he really is.<\/p>\n

So what about you, ladies? <\/span>Are you high maintenance women?<\/p>\n

My son says I am and I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll not deny it.<\/p>\n

When we go out and eat, he says it takes me longer than everyone else together at the table to order. <\/span>I can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t eat this, don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t want that, would like to substitute something else\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6etc.<\/p>\n

Quite frankly, I think I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m just a woman who knows what she wants and isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t scared to ask for it. <\/span><\/p>\n

He laughs right along with me when I say that. <\/span><\/p>\n

Then there are the comments about me taking way too many clothes when I go traveling. <\/span>This comment comes from my son, my boyfriend\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6there again\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a pattern\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6the guys say something\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6the women do not. <\/span><\/p>\n

The ladies understand that you have to be prepared for all the possibilities when you travel. <\/span>Heaven help us if we forget the right shoes or bag to go with the outfit for both casual and that \u00e2\u20ac\u0153just in case\u00e2\u20ac\u009d evening out.<\/p>\n

Being prepared is what it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s all about\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6right ladies?<\/p>\n

So when I pack five pairs of shoes for a three day weekend and have at least 15 pieces of clothes, the jewelry to go with it, and the purse and shoes that match, I get \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the stare\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6to which I promptly glare back…with a smile of course!<\/p>\n

Come to think of it, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve heard several songs about high maintenance women\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6all sung by those cute male singers \u00e2\u20ac\u201c mostly cowboys – many of whom\u00c2\u00a0SAY they prefer their women in blue jean. <\/span>Never mind that these are the same men who stare at\u00c2\u00a0women who are\u00c2\u00a0dressed in cute little evening dresses. <\/span>Fact of the matter is, those women ALSO probably take LOTS of clothes right along with the rest of their things, too.<\/p>\n

Isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t life interesting. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve got to go pack for my weekend trip now. This time I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m going camping so I might just pack a little<\/strong> lighter considering the entertainment is rafting, campfires and a possible bear or two in the West Virginia Mountains.<\/p>\n

My wish for you today<\/strong> is that you enjoy life and that you are always prepared for the unexpected.<\/p>\n
